[int]: grand designs live - what to see

This is going to be brief because I've only recently got back to upload my photos, but for anyone who has tickets for the rest of the week, this is what I recommend:

1. The Grand Interiors Theatre and Room Sets are excellent. At the stage there are some great talks on, my favourite was Anna Jacobs' upcycling talk. Don't miss it if you want to customise your own furniture, she takes you through from the basics in detail
2. Look out for Jam Jar Lights and Culinary Concepts for some amazing lamps and pendant lights. They are the stuff pinterest is made on
3. There are the most gorgeous furniture designers exhibiting. Wood is everywhere, and it is beautiful, but be picky. There are so many great pieces, if you want to buy you need to find the perfect piece for you
